As our Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professionals (QIDP) Coordinator at Hopewell Center, Michelle supervises a team of QIDPs and staff as they work together to care for clients. Her approach is grounded in the understanding that each individual has unique needs and deserves to be cared for in the way that fits them best. Michelle is passionate about providing support while promoting independence, and she loves celebrating with people when they successfully get their driver’s license or a community job for the first time.
