As one of our Day Services Rehabilitation Coordinators at Hopewell Center, Jae collaborates with individuals and their families to set and achieve meaningful goals. She’s passionate about providing support that’s tailored to the needs of each individual so that they can grow and experience life in a new way. According to Jae, her work is motivated by her “ability to impact the future of our individuals.” She believes that everyone has the potential to achieve great things, and she’s dedicated to helping them get there.
