Heidi describes her role as Hopewell Center’s Community Employment Services Coordinator as her “dream job.” She manages the Job Coaches who work with our Vocational Rehabilitation participants, which means that her work creates opportunities for the people we serve to find jobs and develop community connections. Heidi believes that every individual should be valued for their unique contributions, and it brings her great joy to cement someone’s independence by helping them find a job.
