As the Supported Living Staff Trainer at Hopewell Center, Bonnies helps support our Direct Care staff, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to confidently provide quality care. Bonnie describes one of her favorite parts of Hopewell Center as “the cycle of support” in which the staff care for their clients and the supervisors care for their staff.
