March has historically marked Disability Awareness Month, but for 2025 Hopewell is declaring that awareness is “More than a Month!”

We invite you join us throughout the rest of the year as we work with Self Advocates of Madison County to highlight different events, stories, and activities which promote awareness and integration. Since its inception, Hopewell has worked to improve the daily lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are so proud of the positive societal changes we’ve witnessed and helped foster over the last 59 years but we know the work isn’t done yet. So today, this month, and every month after, we challenge you to do your part to recognize that Disability Awareness is more than a month, and celebrate the fact that individuals with disabilities are Here All Year!
