At Hopwell Center Inc., Nursing Is About More Than Health. It’s About Life.

We’re seeking two part-time Registered Nurses who believe that every person deserves the opportunity to live a full, meaningful life.

Sixty years ago, Hopewell Center Inc. grew from the determination of people who believed their children with disabilities deserved more. More opportunities. More independence. More chances to learn, belong, and experience everything life has to offer.

That believe continues to guide us today.

At Hopewell, we know that good health is about more than managing medications, monitoring symptoms, or responding to medical concerns. It’s about helping someone feel well enough to enjoy a family gathering, participate in their community, build friendships, make their own choices, and experience the simple joys that make life meaningful.

For a person with an intellectual or developmental disability, having a knowledgeable, compassionate nurse can make an extraordinary difference. A change in health that might otherwise go unnoticed is recognized. A medical concern is addressed before it becomes a crisis. A direct support professional gains the knowledge and confidence to provide safer, more responsive care.

And behind those moments is something powerful: a team of dedicated professionals working together so that the people we support can live the lives they choose.

We are seeking Registered Nurses for two part-time opportunities:

  • Residential RN – Wellness & HCSP Medication Administration: Supporting wellness coordination, nursing assessments, medication practices, and the direct support professionals who provide care in home and community settings.
  • Residential RN – Group Home & Core A/Core B Services: Supporting the health and safety of adults in our group homes through nursing oversight, medication management, clinical guidance, and staff training.

Both positions are designed for approximately 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling around required in-person nursing responsibilities.

We are looking for nurses who bring clinical knowledge, sound judgment, patience, cultural awareness, and a genuine respect for the dignity and individuality of every person.

Because at Hopewell, our mission isn’t simply to provide services. It’s to help adults, children, and families experience independent and meaningful lives while building a community that recognizes the value and contributions of all people.

Your nursing skills can protect someone’s health. Your compassion and partnership can help make their best life possible.

Join us in Anderson, Indiana, and become part of a legacy built on the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive.
